The Over 46s fought back from 2-0 down against Frenford to 2-2 with goals from Martin Henderson (taking an injury at the same time) and Matt Bassett. The game went into extra time but on a big pitch both teams tired and failed to break the stalemate and the game went to penalties. With some great saves from Steve Morris they won on penalties 4-1. The final is at Aveley at the end of May although their opponents are not yet known as the other semi final between BSC and Herongate was abandoned due to a serious injury.
